1 1/2 to 2 pouns of steak
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup balasmic vinegar
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp honey
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
3 scallions thinly sliced
wisk together, put in a resealable bag, add steak and marinate over night.
