Nobody reads by blog anyways, but I am going to try to get back into blogging. IT's been a tough year and I went back to crocheting, was sick for 4 months. Then the holidays.
This week for dinner I made this dish Rosemary Chicken with mushrooms and caramelized onions. This was so good, the gravy was flavorful. I didn't use the flour to coat the chicken cause I am still doing the low carb lifestyle. I did however use flour to thicken my gravy as you normally don't eat all the gravy. At least I don't.
