Shrimp Burgers

I made them and they came out awesome. We really liked them a lot. My picture isn't the greatest.  5 Stars

This is what I put in my burgers 
1 pound of 30 - 40 shrimp 
2 tbsp mayo 
1 tbsp chili sauce 
few dashes of hot sauce 
1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning 
few grinds of pepper 
3 scallions
1 big clove of garlic 
juice of 1/2 lemon
zest of a whole lemon 
1 egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs 

clean and devain your shrimp and divide in half
rough chop your scallions and garlic 
put scallions and garlic in food processor and chop finely
add half you shrimp and process till you have a paste 
cut up the other half of your shrimp and add to the shrimp paste 
add the lemon juice, zest old bay seasoning, pepper, egg and, 
bread crumbs. mix well 
form into 4 shrimp burgers, put in the frig for at least an hour. 
Fry on the stove for about 5 minutes on each side till nice and golden 
brown and cooked thru, 
add your sauce, tomato and lettuce. 

 Sauce 

Mix in a small bowl the mayo, chili sauce, old by seasoning, pepper
the half of the lemon juice and a few dashes of hot sauce to your liking. 
Use hamburger buns for those not doing low carb. ENJOY we did

Shrimp Burgers

Tonight we are going to try Shrimp Burgers. Which I can't wait to make and try them. They look so good. I have decided that I am going to combine a recipe for Shrimp burgers and Crab Cakes. Most the recipes I saw for shrimp had cilantro and lime in them. I don't like cilantro at all and lime is OK. I would rather use parsley and lemon, yum. So hopefully I can let you know tomorrow how they came out.

Grilled Italian Chicken with Zucchini and Summer Squash

I have been wanting to post all week but have been feeling not so good and just doing a good deal of resting, Yesterday was the first day since Sunday that I even cooked and ate dinner. IT was amazing if I do say so myself.  I had post for the first time since Feb, I think was the last time when I first started the Low Carb Lifestyle. IT was amazing, oh did I already say that. LOL  5 Stars

It's not the prettiest plate of food but I will tell you it was awesome. 
Grilled Italian Chicken with grilled zucchini and yellow squash over fettuccine. 
I marinated my chicken breasts in Good Seasons Italian salad dressing in one bag and then in another storage bag I marinated the zucchini and summer squash in the same Italian salad dressing. If you use the tip of the tip to poke slits in the 
zucchini and summer squash it helps in letting the salad soaked into the squashes.  Grilled and why they are grilling cook up your pasta of choice, well mine was Low Carb pasta by ThinSlim Foods.  I discovered them a couple months ago cause one of my problems with this lifestyle is the endless eggs for breakfast and I love bagels, that is the one thing I miss the most. 
They have great bagels to. I tried their bread, I don't care for it but I do love the bagels. Now the pasta was good. It's not like eating real pasta but it was good and tasted good too. Check them out.
