Cajun Marinated Chicken

Cajun Marinated Chicken this was really good too but I think the next time I make it I am going to let it marinate all day instead of just a couple hours.
Recipe is by STL Cooks blog  even my 11 year old daughter liked the chicken and that is a lot cause usually the only way she wants her chicken is Italian style. Boring LOL I paired this with some BBQ french fries for my husband and daughter and some yummy zucchini roll ups, recipe below.  5 Stars

I made a bit different, I added chives to the cream cheese, and used arugula instead of spinach cause I didn't have any, oh they were so good. I could have eaten all of them.
