Lemon-Herb Chicken Skewers with Blueberry-Balsamic Salsa
These were good but I suggest not letting them sit over night the Blueberry Balsamic Salsa bets a bit jelly like and really doesn't thin out well in the microwave, cause I thought heating it up would take it back to the consistency of the day before but it didn't. The flavor was still there. 3 Stars
